No refunds on digital products

All purchases of digital products are non-refundable. We recommend that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Refunds on services

Most services are prepaid in advance for the period of consumption. Where no work has been done, a partial refund may be made (less administrative and transaction fees), which is determined at the sole discretion of Column.

Once work has commenced, a refund typically cannot be provided. Each refund request is reviewed by Column on a case by case basis.
